Kenny came out to do our Heating and Cooling tune up. He was very straight forward and detailed on anything he saw during the tune up. He fit us in the next day after calling for our service and was very reasonable on pricing. Would recommend his services to anyone in need of Heating and Air needs!

Kenny does an great work. He came out trouble shot our heater and quickly found the issue and fixed it. He also did a basic service to ensure our heat will continue to work.

Ken has always been very good at getting out quickly when service is needed. He's very honest and always does his best to fix when he can and is honest about the pros and cons of fixing vs replacing on an older unit. Have used this company for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Our air conditioner went out on one of the hottest days in Aug. Kenny was very prompt and came within an hour. He changed out a switch on our AC unit and his price was fair. We would recommend Rouse!

I have been using Rouse Heating and Air for over 5 years now. Ken has always been upfront and honest with me for any service needs and has always responded same day anytime we have had an issue. His tech responded again today and saved the day as Temps were close to 100 today. Ended up being an easy fix and got us back up and running. Great company!!!

I have used Rouse Heating and Air Conditioning since 1994 and my parents used them since Ken started this business. Customer service is the best. Fast response to phone calls and service and detailed explanation of what the issue is and what needs to be done. Ken and Kenny are great to work with. I would never use anyone else!

Kenny is awesome to work with. He is easy to get a hold of and let's you know right away when he can come out to work on the issue. He is straight forward and troubleshoots all potential issues so that the solution is clear on what needs to be done. I highly recommend him for all your HVAC Heating and Air needs!

Kenny was awesome! Our air conditioning went out, it was 85 degrees in our house! We have small children, we needed help asap! Kenny came the next morning at 7am! He knew I had to be at work, he was there at 7am sharp, fixed everything in an hour so I wasn’t late for work! He was honest about the condition of my unit & what to expect in the future after this repair! Highly recommend!

Kenny and Matt answered my emergency call immediately. My AC went out in the middle of the 90 degree weather. They immediately searched for a new unit and found one. Service was top notch, friendly and responsive. I couldnt have asked for a better service. If you need something with heating and air.
